ALS Hope Foundation's mission is to provide long-term support to 1) basic and clinical research programs leading to a cure, 2) clinical centers of excellence for the care and treatment of patients with ALS, 3) support programs for patients and care-givers that optimize care and promote independence of the patient, and 4) programs that promote patient and physician education about the diagnosis, treatment and caring for the patient with ALS. Located in Philadelphia.
